Terms and Conditions

1. Services

Twist N Turns Dance Studios ("we", "us", "our") provides dance and fitness classes, workshops, choreography services, and related events across our studio locations in Kolkata, India. All services are subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Enrollment & Eligibility

• Enrollment is open to all age groups. Age-specific batches are clearly marked.
• Students (or parents/guardians for minors) must provide accurate information during registration.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at our discretion.
• A free trial class must be booked in advance. Trial slots are subject to availability.

3. Fees & Payment

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store or have access to your card details.
• Term fees must be paid in full at the start of each term unless a monthly payment plan has been explicitly agreed.
• Fees are non-transferable between students or studios unless approved by management.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Free trial bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be marked as a no-show.
• Regular course fees, once paid, are non-refundable except where a course is cancelled by us.
• Missed classes within a term cannot be carried forward to the next term unless pre-approved.
• Event or workshop registrations have separate cancellation policies stated at the time of booking.

5. Studio Rules & Conduct

• Students must follow the dress code and footwear requirements specified for each dance form.
• We reserve the right to dismiss any student whose behaviour disrupts classes or endangers others, without refund.
• Parents or guardians are requested to drop off and pick up minors on time. We are not responsible for students outside scheduled class times.
• Photography or video recording during classes is not permitted without prior written consent.

6. Health, Safety & Liability

• Participation in dance and fitness activities involves inherent risk of physical injury. By enrolling, you acknowledge and assume these risks.
• You must inform us of any existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before participating.
• We recommend consulting a physician before beginning any new exercise programme.
• Twist N Turns Dance Studios, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or arising from participation in our classes or events.
• Our studio premises are equipped with basic first-aid. In case of emergency, we will contact the nearest medical facility.

7. Intellectual Property

All choreography, teaching materials, course content, branding, and media produced by Twist N Turns Dance Studios are our intellectual property. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or recording is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
