Since childhood, I was interested in Dance, but could never learn it due to the restrictions at my home,
and as time passed by, this interest kind of faded away due to other commitments.
In 2010, I came in contact with a dance troupe that rekindled my long-lost interest in dance, and I joined that troupe right away, after which my training in Western Dance and Semi-Classical Dance form started and continued for 2 years. One day, the seniors of that class asked me to take one of the classes as a teacher and since that day, my life changed and I started teaching dance to children, which became the happiest days of my life.
Suddenly, due to certain reasons, I had to leave dancing and switch my profession in 2017, after which I joined Flipkart as a Sales Executive. I was happy with my job but somehow I always missed dancing.
After a while, I heard about Twist N Turns but never thought of joining. But one day I found out from a friend about a vacancy in Twist N Turns, and I went there to give an interview and got selected.
I joined Twist N Turns in 2019 as Centre Manager of the Newtown studios. I’m really happy with my job and enjoy it, as it helps me to stay connected to my passion and earlier profession of a dancer, and it is possible only because of Twist N Turns. I am emotionally attached to this company as I got to witness everything including it’s growth, struggle, all ups and downs, and other such circumstances which helped me grow too. I am really thankful to Company for having faith in me and believing that I could work with them with utmost responsibility. I also feel lucky to have such nice and supportive colleagues that always stand with me.
