Arti’s Story
Dance has been a constant in Arti Jaiswal’s life since childhood — a passion that started before she had words for it and grew steadily through school, college, and formal training. Rather than arriving with an external résumé, Arti chose to deepen her craft from within Twist N Turns itself, completing a rigorous 50-hour Instructor Training Programme that covered choreography design, teaching methodology, and the foundations of structured dance education.
That path gave her something valuable: an understanding of dance not just as a performer, but as a teacher — specifically for the students who most need patient, clear, and enthusiastic guidance: beginners and young children.
On the International Stage
In 2022, Arti competed in a Korea-based international online dance competition in the duo category, reaching the finals. It is a milestone that speaks to her competitive discipline and her willingness to put her work in front of a global audience — an experience that has made her a more self-aware and demanding teacher.
Performance experience under pressure is not just a line on a profile. It is the quality that allows a teacher to coach stage presence and execution confidence, not just classroom choreography.
Teaching Children and Beginners
Arti’s real work at Twist N Turns happens in the batches where impact matters most: young beginners discovering dance for the first time. She has spent the past year teaching beginner-level Hip-Hop students up to the age of 10, building her teaching practice through direct classroom experience and real student outcomes.
Her approach with young children is built on three things:
