Rimil’s Story

I am Rimil Hembram, a dedicated dance teacher and choreographer with a passion for hip-hop, ballet, and contemporary styles. With years of professional training and international exposure, I bring a unique flair to the dance floor.

My journey began at the prestigious Delhi Brooklyn Academy, where I honed my skills in hip-hop. Under the guidance of renowned instructors, I delved deep into the intricacies of this dynamic and energetic style. This training instilled in me a strong foundation, allowing me to master the art of blending fluid movements, powerful footwork, and captivating storytelling.

Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a desire to explore different dance genres, I pursued professional ballet and contemporary training at the esteemed Right Moves Academy in Delhi. Here, I refined my technique, focusing on grace, precision, and emotional expression. These diverse influences have shaped my choreographic style, enabling me to create captivating and evocative dance pieces that transcend boundaries.

To further enrich my dance education, I sought guidance from accomplished international hip-hop teachers. Their expertise and unique perspectives broadened my horizons, infusing my choreography with a global touch.

Professional Experience

My work journey in the dance realm began as a company member and teacher at the renowned Right Moves Academy in Delhi. This invaluable experience allowed me to immerse myself in a vibrant dance community, collaborating with talented artists and sharing my expertise with aspiring dancers.

Driven by a thirst for exploration and artistic growth, I expanded my horizons and embarked on a new adventure as a company member at Buyont Performing Arts in Kolkata. This opportunity allowed me to contribute my skills and artistic vision to mesmerising productions, captivating audiences with every performance.
